The initiative is part of the evolution of the model in the Samba 3.0, which strengthens with the setting of the roles, responsibilities, and areas, increasing transparency, scale, and speed in decision-making.
The reorganization recognizes leaders who have made throughout the history of the Network.
Leanne But with eight years of experience in the Samba Network with a pass-through for the Shopping, Business and Sales, is the Vice-President of Sales and Marketing.
Marcos Vinicius Alves, with eight years at the Network, he has built his career in Operations, where he worked as a Manager at an Operational and Regional levels, and, more recently, as Director of public affairs, was promoted to executive Vice President of public affairs.
Leandro Sales, with two years of experience in the Network, it went through the positions and operating in the area of Investor Relations, and as the chief Financial Officer, is now the Vice president of Finance.
Header Traina, and with two years at the company, and the strong adherence of the model to the business, she worked as the Manager of a New Business and goes on to lead the Board of directors of the New Business of the Network.
